Prof. Vishnu Ashturkar

Education is not merely a means of acquiring knowledge; it is the foundation for building a brighter future for society and the nation. Teachers, educators, and education professionals who work with dedication, innovation, and commitment play a vital role in shaping young minds and bringing positive change to society.

The primary objective behind organising the State Level Shikshanratna Award 2026 is to recognise and honour the outstanding contributions of teachers, educationists, and distinguished individuals associated with the field of education. Through this initiative, we aim to provide a prestigious platform that celebrates their achievements, dedication, and commitment to educational excellence.

I strongly believe that every dedicated educator deserves recognition, appreciation, and encouragement. Acknowledging the efforts of individuals not only motivates them to achieve greater milestones but also inspires others to contribute meaningfully to society.

With this vision, we have taken the initiative to bring together exceptional personalities from the education sector and recognise their valuable contributions toward student development, educational advancement, and social progress.

Our mission goes beyond presenting awards. We aspire to establish a culture of recognition, inspiration, excellence, and respect for education, encouraging educators and institutions to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and the community.

I warmly welcome all teachers, educationists, educational institutions, and professionals associated with the education sector to be a part of this prestigious initiative. Together, let us celebrate educational excellence, recognise inspiring contributions, and build a brighter future through the power of education.
